Valve

A valve is a vital part of a good operation within all industrial installations. 1. BALL VALVE

The valve is available in sizes 2 through 48 inch ANSI Classes 150, 300 and 600 and in all castable materials. It is designed to overcome the problems of particle entrained processes.

2. GLOBE VALVE

The globe control valve offers superior performance in liquid and gaseous services, while permitting easy, fast and inexpensive maintenance. Unlike diaphragm-operated control valves, the spring cylinder-actuated provides stiffness and maintains high positioning accuracy, repeatability, controlled high speed and faithful response. And since it handles up to 150 psig / 10.3 Barg supply air, it also has the thrust to shut off against much higher fluid pressures.

3. CHECK VALVE

Swing Check Valve

Main Features:
The valve is opened or closed by the valve disc to rotate around the spindle outside the valve seat; and it is an automatic valve when it is automatically opened or closed by the force generated by the medium flowing within the pipeline. Its major function is to prevent the backflow of the medium in the pipeline, reverse rotation of the pump and its driving motor, and discharge of the medium in the container.

Lift Type Check Valve

Main Features:

The valve is opened/closed by the valve disc moving in a direction parallel to the valve seat hole axis and can only be installed on horizontal pipelines with the major function of preventing medium backflow when shutting down the pump and maintaining the water column required by pumping.

Nozzle Check Valve


Main Features:

It is opened or closed by the valve clack moving to-and-fro through the valve body guiding axle under the spring effect. The valve body passageway is designed in a wing-shaped streamline type, allowing the medium to flow through the passageway rapidly and steadily with no noise. It can be installed on horizontal and vertical pipelines.


4. BUTTERFLY VALVE

The eccentric disc rotary control valve achieves bi-directional bubble-tight shutoff while maintaining low breakout torque at both high & low pressure drops. It is available in ANSI Classes 150 thru 1500 and in sizes 2 through 72-inch. This rotary valve is available in carbon steel, 316 stainless steel and other alloys.

5. GATE VALVE

Main Features:

A certain angle is formed between the two sealing faces of the single-disc or double-discs wedge gate valve and perpendicular to the pipeline axis. It is mainly used for switching on or off the medium within pipelines, that is, it is used in a full open or close manner. The gate valve is widely applicable for oil industry, chemical industry, and power station.

Technical Specifications:

Design standard: API 600 API 6D.

Small flow resistance for fluid.

Only a small force is required for opening/closing.

No limitation on the flowing direction of the medium .

During opening and closing process, the friction between the disc wedge and the seat is small, so the sealing is reliable ensuring tightness and long service life.

The valve stem sealing is realized by the collaboration of flexible and woven graphite. ensuring a more reliable tightness.
